Cancellations
- Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 7 days before the training start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date are non-refundable.
Refunds
- If AGITSS cancels or reschedules a training, participants may opt for a full refund or reschedule.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable
- Fees for completed training sessions, digital materials, and certifications are non-refundable.
